We’re looking for dedicated Farm Hands to support the daily farm operations, from planting and harvesting to general farm maintenance. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want hands-on experience in urban farming.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist in planting, weeding, and harvesting crops.
✔️ Support produce washing, packing, and distribution.
✔️ Maintain farm tools, irrigation systems, and overall infrastructure.
✔️ Work collaboratively with the farm team to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications:
✔️ Passion for sustainable farming and food systems.
✔️ Ability to perform physical labor and work in outdoor conditions.
✔️ Willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
✔️ Prior farming experience is a plus but not required.
